Eric's background includes a degree in Real Estate complemented by specialized training in Title, Escrow, Appraisal, Commercial Property Management, and both Residential and Commercial Lending. Beyond the office, Eric is deeply rooted in his community. He has volunteered his time with several non-profit organizations including Past President and Board Member of the Kirkland Eagles FOE, Kirkland Chamber of Commerce, Hopelink, Washington Association of Mortgage Brokers and Washington Junior Golf Association. Eric was even awarded the Humanitarian Award for disarming a gunman, safeguarding countless lives in his community. As a licensed Marine Captain and member of Seattle Yacht Club, Eric spends much of his free time boating and enjoying the outdoors with family.
